I encountered Dr. Wright when I found her through her advertising that she was a supplier of custom molded active hearing protection devices for sportsmen and shooters. What I didn't expect to find was the friendly, caring, competent, professional service that she provides. She introduced me to the I-Com, a wireless device that interfaces with my Phonak digital hearing aids and opens up many options to me that I had no idea were available. Her service contract for routine care and maintenence of my devices is extremely convenient because her office is so close and easy to access from home. She is fully equipped for testing, evaluation, and maintenance services and provides excellent consultation. But what I find the most valuable is her personal concern for her clients and her patience and willingness to LISTEN...a rare commodity in service industries these days. Her staff has always been friendly and even FUN to work with.
